New Delhi: Air India on Saturday clarified that they have proactively capped economy class fares on all non-stop domestic flights starting 4 December, aiming to shield passengers from sudden price spikes triggered by automated revenue management systems.

The airline clarified that some expensive multi-stop or mixed-class fares seen on third-party platforms cannot be fully controlled, but it is working with these platforms to address the issue.
