Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Saturday dismissed The Washington Post's report that he issued a kill order on survivors of a September boat strike in the Caribbean. "You don't walk in and say, 'Kill them all.' It's just patently ridiculous," he said, saying that the report was "meant to create a cartoon of me and the decisions that we make."
