QB Shedeur Sanders led the Browns down the field twice in the final five minutes as they tried to come back from a 31-17 deficit against the Titans. Cleveland scored on both drives and went for two two-point conversions, not converting either attempt.

The Titans won 31-29, picking up their second win of the season while the Browns lost their 10th game of the season.

With the sack, he needs 2.5 sacks to tie and three sacks to break the NFL single-season sack record. Garrett added four total tackles, two quarterback hits and three tackles for loss.
