IndiGo is set to conduct a 'root cause analysis' into recent flight disruptions attributed to multiple factors, a senior official announced on Sunday. The airline aims to stabilize operations by December 10.

While new flight duty norms and insufficient crew planning have been cited as primary causes, the airline asserts it has an adequate number of pilots. The official acknowledged the absence of a buffer but denied any deficiency in resources.

Facing regulatory scrutiny, IndiGo has received notices from the DGCA demanding explanations for the disruptions. Despite setbacks, the airline is optimistic about managing upcoming challenges, including the fog season, with adequate resources.
