CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a deadly shooting that happened early Sunday morning at Medusa Restaurant & Lounge, located at 1437 Saint Clair Avenue.

According to Cleveland police, officers responded to the scene where they found a 25-year-old man who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

"I was leaving, and I saw a lot of police cars down at the end, near 13th and St Clair. That's my normal way I go home, and it was totally blocked off," said Michael Dominguez, a manager at the Leather Stallion Saloon. "I wasn't sure exactly what was going on, but I knew something, you know, awful, was probably going on down there.”

Dominguez added that the incident causes concern for the safety of his patrons.
