President Donald Trump railed against Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) for running for reelection as a Democrat after Trump pardoned him.

Trump pardoned Cuellar and his wife on Wednesday after the couple was indicted on corruption charges under former President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice. The Texas border district congressman was indicted in May 2024 on charges of bribery, illegal foreign influence, and money laundering after allegedly taking over half a million dollars from an Azerbaijani oil company and a Mexican bank.
