Tugboat U.S.S. Hoga assisted in Dec. 7 recovery

For World War II history enthusiasts seeking to commemorate the 84th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack, you don't have to go to Hawaii to do so. For the past decade, the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum in North Little Rock has been home to the USS Hoga, a tugboat whose crew performed heroic deeds on Dec. 7, 1941.
