NEEDHAM, Mass. —
Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike Minogue joined "On the Record" to outline his vision for Massachusetts and explain why he believes he can unseat Democratic Gov. Maura Healey in 2026.
The Army veteran and former Abiomed CEO is one of three Republicans vying for the GOP nomination. He said he is focused on affordability, accountability and safety in the Bay State.
"Massachusetts is working for some, but not for all," he said.
Minogue pitched himself as a "new kind of governor" who is focused on bringing change to Beacon Hill.
"I am a Republican, and I'm a Mike Minogue Republican," he said. "When I swore an oath to the Constitution at West Point, it was not to a political party. I'm an American first, and I'll always do what's in the best interest of the people."
