Nick Sirianni is going back to his roots before facing one of his former teams.
With the Eagles’ offense struggling to find an identity, the Super Bowl-winning head coach Sirianni was more involved in the offensive preparations this week, according to an ESPN report. That includes speaking up in meetings and presenting material alongside embattled offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo .
The Eagles are riding a two-game losing streak into Monday’s game against the Chargers. Sirianni was a Chargers offensive assistant from 2013-17, including two seasons overseeing quarterbacks and two overseeing wide receivers.
The Eagles are trying to avoid a similar collapse to 2023, when they lost five of their final six regular-season games and were bounced out of the NFC Wild Card playoffs. That
