T he streets of Queen Creek will sparkle on Saturday, Dec. 13, with hundreds of decorated vehicles joining for the annual SXS Christmas Parade.

What began with just 35 vehicles has grown into one of the town’s most anticipated holiday traditions.

Now in its ninth year, the event is organized by Nick and Jen Masse, a local military family.

The annual Christmas Cruise brings families, friends, and neighbors together to spread holiday cheer while supporting U.S. troops overseas.

“This parade has become a tradition for so many,” said Jen Masse. “Seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces and the community cheering us on warms my heart every year.”

The parade stages at American Leadership Academy Applied Technologies’ campus, 7729 E. Pecos Road in Mesa, with check-in starting at 2 p.m.
