The final College Football Playoff bracket was revealed Sunday afternoon, revealing the teams still in contention for this year's national championship.

Among the biggest surprises was Miami replacing Notre Dame in the field despite both teams' inactivity this past week, and Alabama holding steady at the 9-seed despite losing by 21 points in the SEC title game. Regardless, the top four teams remained unchanged, and that translates in updated championship odds for the playoff.

Even after losing to Indiana in the Big Ten title game, 2-seed Ohio State remains a +225 favorite at BetMGM to win the national title, though the top-seeded Hoosiers did close the gap a bit. Indiana moved from +450 a week ago to +275, followed by 3-seed Georgia at +600 and 5-seed Oregon tied with 4-seed Texas Tech at +900 apiece, giving the Big Ten three of the top-five favorites.

CFP national championship odds

  • Ohio State +225
  • Indiana +275
  • Georgia +600
  • Oregon +900
  • Texas Tech +900
  • Texas A&M +1400
  • Alabama +2000
  • Miami +2200
  • Ole Miss +2500
  • Oklahoma +6600
  • Tulane +50000
  • James Madison +50000

The identical odds of Oregon and Texas Tech suggests their potential quarterfinals meeting would be a pick'em, should Oregon advance past James Madison in the first round. Oregon is a 21.5-point favorite over the 12th-seeded Dukes, representing the largest spread of the opening games.

The first-round game expected to be the closest is the rematch between No. 9 Alabama and No. 8 Oklahoma, which opened with a 2.5-point spread in favor of the visiting Tide. Alabama lost at home by two points to Oklahoma on Nov. 15.

CFP 1st-round odds

  • 12 James Madison (+21.5; +1000) at 5 Oregon (-21.5; -2000; O/U 50.5)
  • 9 Alabama (-1.5; -120) at 8 Oklahoma (+1.5; +100; O/U 40.5)
