Strictly Come Dancing announced Instant Dance, a new dance challenge that took place in the Saturday 29 November live show. Overseen by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman , Instant Dance saw each remaining couple to pick a dance style at random from ones they have learnt in the competition so far. After a frantic dash through wardrobe to select and change into their costumes - each couple were given just 10 seconds on the countdown clock to decide exactly how they’re going to dance it.
Vincent Simone, who appeared on Strictly from 2006 until 2012, has since spoken out about the recent show addition which left some viewers unimpressed.
One Reddit user vented: "It was a car crash in the best way possible." Another echoed: "Totally, I couldn’t look away even though I knew it was chaos."
