Monday marks the second week of the Brian Walshe murder trial , and it comes after explosive testimony about Ana Walshe's affair and chilling Google searches were revealed in court last week.

Legal experts say prosecutors still have work to do and that this is not an open and shut case. The fact that Ana Walshe's body has never been found complicates things.

"There is still room left for the defendant to be able to continue to explore the idea that she died suddenly and that it was not a pre-meditated, cold and calculating murder," NBC10 Boston legal analyst Michael Coyne said.
