Monday marks the second week of the Brian Walshe murder trial , and it comes after explosive testimony about Ana Walshe's affair and chilling Google searches were revealed in court last week.
Legal experts say prosecutors still have work to do and that this is not an open and shut case. The fact that Ana Walshe's body has never been found complicates things.
