VANCOUVER, Wash. ( KPTV /Gray News) - Three people were arrested after five children along with three dogs, were allegedly found living in a car in Vancouver, according to authorities.
Investigators say the five children—who are 13, 11, 10, 8 and 5 years old—showed clear signs of neglect and had very little food available in the car.
Police described the living conditions as “atrocious.”
