SNOHOMISH, Wash. — A driver was taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon after a crash sent a trailer into a home in Snohomish.

Snohomish County Fire District 4 said the incident happened in the 800 block of Hillcrest Drive, where the driver may have suffered a medical emergency before hitting a parked car. The impact pushed an attached trailer forward and into a nearby home.

Two residents were inside when they heard a loud “bang.” Fire officials said neither person was hurt.

The driver was conscious and speaking with first responders before being transported to the hospital for evaluation.

Officials did not report any structural hazards to the home, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
