LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - After a cold close to the weekend, we are expecting a warmup not only into the 40s Monday, but well into the 50s on Tuesday.

Let’s take a look at some of those temperatures. Mid 30s to mid 50s are expected Monday.

And on Tuesday, low 50s to mid 60s are increasingly likely.

Patchy fog cannot be ruled out overnight tonight but decreasing cloud cover and partly cloudy skies return Monday and Tuesday afternoon.

Rain and snow showers remain possible later Wednesday and into early Thursday. However, chances are not overly high, and impacts should be limited in Lincoln as of right now. What’s more certain is crashing temperatures Wednesday and into next weekend.
