Kochi: Just hours ahead of the final verdict in the high-profile actress assault case, Pulsar Suni’s mother, Shobhana, approached the court seeking a re-evaluation of her son’s frozen accounts. The hearing comes as the legal battle draws to a close after more than eight and a half years.

Ernakulam Principal Sessions Judge Honey M. Varghese is scheduled to pronounce the judgment on Monday, with court proceedings set to begin at 11 a.m. The actress involved in the case will not attend the court in person and is expected to follow the proceedings from home, according to media reports.
