The Rs 1,289-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Wakefit Innovations -- one of India’s largest D2C home and furnishings brands -- opened for subscription today, December 8. The issue will be closed on December 10. The company has set a price band of Rs 185 to Rs 195 per share for the issue.
