Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has given US President Donald Trump a reason to cheer: the state has proposed to name a road alongside the United States Consulate General in Hyderabad’s financial district after Trump. It will be called ‘Donald Trump Avenue’.

Currently, the high-profile road in front of the heavily fortified consulate in Nanakramguda is referred to as US Consulate Road.

Telangana government officials termed it an “exciting proposal”, saying it “will be a first that a road will be named after the 45th and 47th US President”. Show Full Article
