A joint team of Goa and Delhi Police is conducting raids in the national capital to apprehend the owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane club, which caught fire killing 25 people, including staff and tourists.
The police have detained a person identified as Bhola, who is being investigated for links to the club and its owners, Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra.
The Luthra brothers, who own the club, fled Goa soon after the fire incident and are suspected to be attempting to leave the country. In response, Goa Police had issued a lookout notice against them, and all airports and police stations have been put on alert.
