Kochi: Actor Dileep, the eighth accused in the high-profile actress assault case, left his Aluva residence at around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, ahead of the final verdict. He was accompanied by his brother Anoop, who had arrived earlier, and Sarath G. Nair, a close friend and the tenth accused in the case. All the accused are expected to be present in court as the long-awaited judgment is delivered.

The actor is currently waiting in his lawyer’s office as the proceedings are set to begin by 11 am.

Ernakulam Principal Sessions Judge Honey M. Varghese has already reached the court to preside over the proceedings.
