Palantir CEO Dr Alex Karp has announced an initiative called the Neurodivergent Fellowship for individuals who think and process differently.

During the New York Times DealBook Summit, he was seen as hyperactive and appeared to have difficulty sitting still during the discussion.

Dr Karp said he decided to launch the fellowship to support people whose cognitive styles do not fit conventional norms. He encouraged those who relate to his fast, restless thinking pattern to apply for the program.

"While cross-country skiing this morning, Dr Karp decided to launch a new program: The Neurodivergent Fellowship. If you find yourself relating to him in this video — unable to sit still, or thinking faster than you can speak — we encourage you to apply," Palantir wrote on X.
