US president Donald Trump has said a deal struck by Netflix to buy Warner Bros Discovery “could be a problem” due to its combined market share, just days after the pair announced the 72 billion US dollar (£54 billion) mega deal.
Mr Trump confirmed he would be involved in the decision about whether the US federal government should approve the takeover.
