Amid the Philadelphia 76ers’ challenging season, Tyrese Maxey has emerged as one of the brightest performers for the team. On Sunday, he once again carried his full effort against the Los Angeles Lakers, though the 76ers ultimately fell 108–112 at home.

Maxey almost singlehandedly tried to secure the win. His frustration boiled over during a pivotal moment. After Jaxson Hayes delivered a massive block that denied him a crucial basket, Maxey nearly lashed out at the referee. Fortunately, he was not called for a technical foul.
