A Teesside entrepreneur whose business has gone global is celebrating 30 years of success.
North Ormesby-born Paul McQuade founded Glare Guard Window Films in December 1995 after spotting rising demand for professional film installation.
Three decades on, the Redcar business has grown into a leading name for glare reduction, heat control, privacy, safety and security films across homes, offices and commercial sites.

Paul said: “I’m incredibly proud to reach my thirty-year milestone.
"This work takes me far and wide - every year I’m still clocking up the miles. It’s been a fantastic journey doing something so specialist that I love and that is so rewarding, helping so many people and large companies.”
