Meet Jumba and Pleakley, our Pets of the Week. They are four-month-old bonded brothers, who each weigh about four pounds.
Named after "Lilo and Stich" characters, Jumba and Pleakley arrived at the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga (HES) as stray kittens. Close
Jumba and Pleakley
Each kitten had an eye removed due to medical issues, but they are now very healthy, according to HES. They said, "the incision is healing nicely and soon the fur will grow back," and add that cats adapt well with one eye.
Jumba and Pleakley are sweet and friendly kittens. HES says they love to be held when sleepy, purr loudly and like to "make biscuits." They also wrestle together, snuggle and groom each other.
The two kittens lived in foster care until they were ready for adoption.
