An Upstate New York woman has been arrested after allegedly assaulting someone with an unopened soda can.
Jessica D. Tucker, 42, of Glens Falls, N.Y., was taken unto custody Friday night after the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic violence report.
Tucker allegedly threw an unopened soda can, striking a victim in the face and resulting in physical injury around 10:52 p.m. at a home on Gansevoort Road in the town of Moreau, deputies said .
Tucker is accused of “intentionally causing physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument” and of committing a specified offense having been convicted of a specified offense within the past five years.
