Charges against two people were filed over the weekend after a gun was pulled on a victim during an argument.

Police say 34-year-old Anthony Green was drunk and pulled the gun after the victim said it was a toy.

Reports say 40-year-old Trashieca Drummer took the gun away from Green and tossed it into a dumpster.

Drummer returned to the scene in the 1300 block of Hatfield Drive and told officers Green didn’t have a gun.

Police found the weapon in the dumpster.

Both Green and Drummer were jailed.
