BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation is warning drivers who use Pellissippi Parkway through Blount County about some upcoming road work on Wednesday.

Starting Wednesday, Dec. 10, TDOT said the existing off-ramp from Pellissippi Parkway southbound to Cusick Road will be shifted slightly to create working room on the right side of the ramp for new bridge work. TDOT expects the work to be complete by 5 p.m. and will remain in place until all work is done.

TDOT said the schedule is contingent on favorable weather conditions.
