Robotaxi company Waymo says it will issue a software recall amid growing safety concerns over its self-driving cars that include some alarming incidents near schools and school buses. Administrators at one school district in Texas say there have been 20 violations from the driverless vehicles since the start of the school year and are calling for the service to temporarily cease operations during some hours.
