A Gloucester County man accused of robbing a cannabis dispensary while wearing a wolf mask will remain in jail while he awaits trial, a judge ruled last week.
Theodore D. Sparks, 25, of Woodbury, was recently fired from the business and admitted to the robbery, police said.
Sparks took $700 from the dispensary, then drove to an Atlantic City casino, authorities said.
Superior Court Judge William Ziegler ordered that Sparks remain detained until the case is resolved, finding that the defendant “made a series of really bad decisions.”
Police responded to the Nova Farms cannabis dispensary in the 600 block of Mantua Avenue in Woodbury on the evening of Nov. 3 for a report of a robbery.
