The Communist Party of India (Marxist) Tripura unit has strongly criticized the state government for its continued failure to resolve the longstanding crisis involving the 10,323 terminated teachers. In a statement issued on December 8, 2025, State Secretary Jitendra Chaudhury highlighted that recent developments in the Kolkata High Court, where West Bengal’s recruitment corruption cases were heard have once again brought public attention to the plight of Tripura’s teachers who lost their jobs due to alleged irregularities.
