Baton Rouge locals have been driving past the Legend Pot sign on Staring Lane for about the past eight months, many wondering when it'll open.
The time is almost here.
At 2159 Staring Lane, the all-you-can-eat restaurant hopes to soft open in mid-to-late December, according to general manager Yingxin Chen. It'll serve three main cuisines, and customers can eat all three at the same price.
"It's like three different cultures' foods," Chen said. "Chinese hot pot, Korean barbecue and Japanese sushi."
Chen is currently working on hiring staff, and when the restaurant soft opens, it'll likely serve a limited capacity of customers.
