Two arrested after child reports rape in Calcasieu Parish

Gerson A. Espinal, 34, of Lake Charles, is charged with first degree rape and sexual battery of a victim under the age of 13, and Carla M. Artiaga, 32, of Lake Charles, is charged with failure to report certain felonies.
