He was arguably even more important in Better Call Saul when he returned for the prequel show. Gus was a terrifying presence in both series, and several moments established this immense sense of intimidation. That said, one of the biggest scenes conveying this trait appeared in Breaking Bad, but it didn't really make sense in isolation.
