DJ Sara Cox has confessed she's still battling a "disgusting" injury following her exhausting marathon challenge.

The BBC Radio 2 host took on the enormous task last month, collecting an incredible £11.5million for BBC Children in Need as she tackled 135 miles across just five days.

Sara, 50, began her journey in Kielder Forest in Northumberland before crossing the finish line in Pudsey in Leeds on Friday, November 14.
