A Brampton man charged in a shooting at London’s Victoria Hospital emergency room last year faces new charges in a Quebec homicide and two Toronto-area shootings.

Doneil Levy-Porter, 19, is one of 13 people swept up in Project Wrangler, a months-long investigation into an organized crime network police say carried out a series of violent crimes in London, the Greater Toronto Area and Quebec between April 2024 and March 2025.

London police Chief Thai Truong joined senior police officers from York Regional Police, Peel Regional Police, Toronto police, the Ontario Provincial Police and Surete du Quebec at a press conference Monday to announce more than 150 charges laid in relation to a homicide, shootings, carjackings, armed robberies and home invasions and other crimes.
