Rangers fans' pyrotechnic display at Kilmarnock is set to trigger their suspended sanction of tickets being kept back for an away game, it is understood.

As the teams ran out ahead of Danny Rohl's side winning 3-0 at Rugby Park, a number of flares were on display from the away end.

Rangers had been handed a suspended sentence in October, for 50 tickets to be withdrawn from a future away game it was triggered.

It was said at the time that the reduction would be triggered in the event of another breach of SPFL Rule H37 through pyrotechnic use by the club’s supporters at an away match in any SPFL competition on, or before, 30 June 2026.
