INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Senate is considering a bill to redraw Indiana's congressional districts.

In a quick, 13 minute session, the full senate sent House Bill 1032 to the Elections committee, which began its meeting roughly an hour later.

More than 120 Hoosiers signed up to speak during the committee hearing, speaking passionately both for and against the redistricting push.

According to our partners at the Indiana Capital Chronicle , the committee itself is divided on the redistricting bill. Two of the Senators have come out publicly in support for the bill, while three have come out against it. The remaining four, all Republicans, have not taken a public stance.
