PHOENIX, AZ — Local toddler Carver Brett struck it rich earlier today after the magnetic tile house he built during naptime got listed on Zillow for $280,000.

Sources say that Brett's creation was listed for a total time of 35.78 seconds before receiving three offers. The rising developer said that he was pleased by the speed and price at which his house sold.

"I like tiles," Brett told reporters. "I like to play with the tiles and build a house. I like graham crackers, too. Do you want to help me play with my tiles?"

According to Samantha Brett, Carver's mother, the sale is fantastic because her son might be able to afford one semester of college now.
