GRESHAM, Ore. — Three people were injured, one of them critically, in a shooting Sunday night in Gresham's Rockwood neighborhood.

Police responded shortly after 9 p.m. to reports of gunfire and a person down near the intersection of Southeast 187th Avenue and Southeast Stark Street, according to a news release from the Gresham Police Department, although they ultimately concluded that the gunfire had happened near Southeast 188th Avenue and Burnside.

The officers found one man and two male juveniles injured by gunfire. All three were taken to an area hospital; the adult was in critical condition while the two juveniles had injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
