TIGARD, Ore. — The city of Tigard revealed Tuesday that some residents' personal information, including addresses and phone numbers, may have been exposed in a recent cybersecurity incident.
According to the city, its emergency notification system vendor, OnSolve (Crisis24), had a cybersecurity incident that disrupted service nationwide and may have leaked some subscribers' information tied to the city's public safety alert system, CodeRED. The city did not provide details about how the incident occurred.
In a statement Tuesday, the city warned that those signed up to CodeRed may have had their name, email address, password, phone number and address exposed. Users should change their passwords immediately, the city said.
