A former Evesham restaurateur has received a three-year prison term for fraudulently obtaining pandemic relief funds.

Marcello DiPietro III also must pay restitution of $2.7 million under a sentence imposed in Camden federal court.

And he will be barred from gambling after his release from custody, a court record says.
