Uber driver who had case reinstated after video files for dismissal

Attorneys for an Uber driver cited in downtown Little Rock in July asked a district court judge Monday to throw out the charges, which the city reinstated in August, arguing that the city wanted to get back at the man for his criticism of the police department on YouTube.
