Neighborhood organization president takes issue with proposed Pulaski County land use ordinance

After presenting and hearing public comment on a proposed land use ordinance, the Pulaski County Planning Board received criticism from the president of the Coalition of Little Rock Neighborhoods who claimed that the new plan could lead to sewage in Central Arkansas' drinking water.
