MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A man from Guatemala is accused of having fraudulent immigration documents after he was arrested for allegedly being in the U.S. illegally.
According to court documents, U.S. Border Patrol agents received a report Thursday of possible illegal aliens at a motel in Colebrook.
The following day, agents stopped a truck carrying three people. Court documents say the truck initially pulled over, but then fled after officers asked the occupants to roll down the windows.

The truck eventually crashed into a snowbank, and the occupants ran from the scene.
They were later located, and Hector Ariel Ortiz-Guillen was arrested.
