Aberdeen will walk away from their proposed new stadium within the next two years if no breakthrough is found.

Dave Cormack made that warning public at the club's AGM last night.

Meetings between Aberdeen City Council, Cormack and chief executive Alan Burrows are due to take place this week regarding the proposed beachfront facility.

The is strong opposition to the project from some councillors, which has led to significant delays in the progress of the stadium.
