CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The man still asking “Where’s My Guardrail” has used the recent snowfall to drive home a point.
In an impressive large-scale ice sculpture, John Gall has constructed a fortress wall along Fairmount Boulevard in front of his oft-hit property at the “T” intersection with South Taylor Road.
Gall has gained notoriety not only for the number of times his house, garage and cars have been struck by speeding vehicles, but also for the signage criticizing the city’s handling of his situation.
“The fight continues,” Gall said last week after putting the finishing touches on the wall of snow, complete with slotted castle parapets along the top.
The lone sign in front reads: “OK, now do this in CONCRETE on the tree lawn!”
Over the weekend, Gall got a call from Clevela
