Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has directed the district administration to immediately demolish Romeo Lane Vagator, the flagship Goa outlet of the controversial Luthra brothers, marking yet another major crackdown following the catastrophic fire at their Arpora nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane, which killed 25 people and left several others injured.
Senior officials confirmed that a Blue Corner Notice has now been issued to trace Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, who fled Goa shortly after the blaze and are suspected to have left the country.
Goa Police have pasted the lookout notice at their residence in Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar and alerted the local police station. A police team also visited their home, where family members were seen avoiding interaction with India Today cameras.
