Louisville claims to want to be one of the nation’s top cities, bold in leadership. And then it turns around and does cowardly stuff that makes it clear that it’s just blowing hot, humid air again and is too scared to actually walk the walk to be the city it claims to want to be.
On Dec. 4, Louisville Metro Council rejected a proposal to ban local, state and federal law enforcement from wearing masks. The ban was proposed by District 6 Metro Councilman JP Lyninger following reports of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents "concealing their identities during immigration raids."
